How to set up your Apple Vision Pro

What's in the box
Your Apple Vision Pro comes in the box complete with:
Enclosure and Audio Straps
Light Seal
Light Seal Cushion
Solo Knit Band
Also included in the box is a second Light Seal Cushion, a second headband (Dual Loop Band), battery with attached power cable, USB-C Charge Cable, USB-C Power Adapter, Apple Vision Pro Cover, and Apple Vision Pro Polishing Cloth.
You need to charge the battery, connect the power cable, and attach your ZEISS Optical Inserts, if needed.
Before you set up your Apple Vision Pro
Make sure that you have an Apple Account with two-factor authentication turned on.
Check that you have a strong Wi-Fi connection. To set up Apple Vision Pro with a captive Wi-Fi network, you need visionOS 1.1 or later. Learn how to update your Apple Vision Pro.

Set up your Apple Vision Pro
Charge your Apple Vision Pro battery using the included power adapter and USB-C Charge Cable.
On your Apple Vision Pro Audio Strap, insert the power cable with the power cable angled slightly upward. The dot on the power cable should line up with the white outlined dot on the Audio Strap.
Rotate the power cable clockwise until it locks in.
When you see the battery light pulse on the power cable, the power cable is successfully connected and your Apple Vision Pro turns on.
Remove the cover on the front of Apple Vision Pro.
If you purchased prescription or reader ZEISS Optical Inserts for vision correction, you can attach your ZEISS Optical Inserts.
When you hear a tone or see that the battery light on the power cable is solid, Apple Vision Pro is ready to wear.
Put on your Apple Vision Pro and make sure that you have a good fit.
Follow the steps onscreen to begin visionOS setup.
After Apple Vision Pro is turned on and the battery stays connected, it will sleep when you take it off and wake when you put it on.
